What is it with the manager-wanna-bees?

I've got coworkers who think that they know everything about managing. There is a server at my plsce whom the other servers call ';Sarg'; behind her back. I hear that herdaugher, another coworker, is the same. I will never forget when old ';Sarg'; was telling the manager about a coworker not wearing the ';right'; color of pants. I don't care if someone is wearing pajama pants. If s/he is doing the job and not increasing mine, I'm happy.What is it with the manager-wanna-bees?
the difference is that she is looking toward her future there, possible promotion, raises %26amp; thinks the company policies are important.





You just want to get paid %26amp; could care less about the company.
