Simply because they are now considered non-believers in Allah. Kafirs and kafirs have no right to live.

The same reason they execute traitors/spies/assassins in governments.





However, the execution can only be done when the country is being ruled by Islamic jurisprudence.
i answered ur other question and murder is a sin. of course fellow muslims will be mad but i dont think they will go as far a killing them.
They do it. It is the same as executing a traitor. Muslims don't believe in murder unless it is Jahad. but they would be quite angry. Wouldn't you? Anyway you can't kill women and children it only applies to men. hope i helped.

Allah says in Qur'an about those people also who kofr'un badal Iman [after iman chaned into unbeliever], that some are there who changed their faith after Iman, Allah says that people who had to known about whole Islam and they known what Allah has given order to them , if they disobeyed and don't do as right way except doing terrorism then Allah Qatal [kill] them, and gives permition for kill them until they follow right way [this permission is for men not for women and children], when they follow right way [Islam] after that Allah orders about them that don't kill them after following Islam and don't find any way for hurting them again, Allah doesn't give permission to kill women and children. Only gives permission for he not for she. Allah says in Qur'an ';wallaho aalamo bil aamalakom'; [and Allah knows yours doings].


I am still in more getting answers from Qur'an, because in Qur'an Allah gives kollun masal [all examples], this is final and complete holy book. I believe on Qur'an only, its also Mussaddiqal kitaba [ verifier books]
