I hate being just the good ';Worker Bee'; at work. I want alot more satisfaction out of work! How do I get it?

To get satisfaction from your job you need to be happy with yourself.





I too was the good ';worker bee'; but I started attending college courses, seminars and doing a myriad of other things to increase my knowledge and experience.





Doing this gave me a sense of self satisfaction and showed my boss I was serious about my job and company advancement.
